After the institute peruses the application, they may or may not shortlist but chances are close to zero if you apply through us to be turned down as long as you provide us with all the necessary documents.

Once you have made it through RocApply will send you an email of confirmation and also help arrange other travel logistics!

Most courses in Burundi are taught in French and if you are an international student from an English speaking country you will have a chance to pursue your studies in English once you show proof of your language certificates.

Be sure to take note of the following documents upon application here on our website for us to help to secure a place for you with minimal effort from your end. General documentation for admission into Burundian universities include;

If you are in your final year of secondary studies, please submit the following documents in RocApply:

  • Transcripts for your last three years of secondary studies
  • Transcripts for the first term of your current year

If you already have received your diploma, please submit the following documents in RocApply:

  • Final results from the state exam, or
  • Your attestation of results from the state exam
  • Please note that your admission average will be calculated based on your results in the state exams and not your diploma grade point average.

If you have taken post-secondary courses submit the following documents through RocApply for a post-graduate degree:

  • Transcripts for your post-secondary studies
  • Final results for the state exam

For master's level studies:

To document your eligibility, please submit your diploma and transcript for all semesters of studies. This includes any first-level degrees you have earned. Thus, all three years of studies must be documented with transcripts and diplomas.
