These are some of the requirements for admission into primary schools in Burkina Faso. Note that these may differ from school to school and are not limited to the ones listed below.
- A birth certificate
- 2 passport photos
- 2 report cards (most recent)
- Admission test results
- Duly completed school contract
- Transcripts of the previous class ( for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester)
- A Scan or photocopy of the student's identity document and birth certificate
- Recent passport photo
- a letter of motivation explaining the reasons for which the student wishes to join the school
- Payment of registration fees and the 1st installment.
- Last year report card
- Registration form
- Current Vaccination Record.
- Special pedagogical reports, where applicable
- valid passport, ID, or driver's license of Parents or guardian
- Proof of address (copy of a bill in the name of the payer or copy of a rental agreement)
- A non-refundable application fee
- Students visa
- transfer letter (if transferring from another school)
- study permit (for all foreign students)
- proof of a scholarship if any
