Enrolling in any secondary institution in Burkina Faso requires that students take an entrance test. If they succeed in the entrance test they are then required to submit all the necessary enrollment documents as requested by the school. Some of the documents are as follows:
- a completed enrollment application form
- the applicant’s most recent school records or reports
- a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
- assessment test results
- 2 passport photos
- 2 report cards (most recent)
- A School certificate
- Admission test passed
- Duly completed school contract
- Transcripts of the previous class (1st to 3rd trimester)
- A Scan or photocopy of the student's birth certificate
- Payment of registration fees and the 1st installment
- Proof of any disability or special needs
- Proof of address in Burkina Faso
- Prof of A non-refundable application fee
- Students visa
- study permit (for all foreign students)
- proof of a scholarship if any
- Proof of age i.e A copy of the student's passport information page
- A copy of the last three years’ school records is required.
- two passport photos of your child
- copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport
- testimonial from the last school attended
- Reference letter from the previous school
- Transcripts for GCE O/LEVEL / IGCSE results (6th Form applicants)
- Transfer form or School Leaving Certificate (6th Form applicants)
- a clearance letter from the previous school
- a transfer letter from the previous school
- Proof of Residence in Burkina Faso
