Application Process for Admissions

Stage 1: Candidates must provide the relevant documents that are a requirement for acceptance into a program.

  • Three (3) works of original artwork (if any)

Stage 2: The candidate must also provide:

  • For local students-a certified copy of your ID.
  • For international students-three (3) copies of a valid passport, including any blank pages.
  • Three (3) passport-sized photos with the applicant’s name on the back.

Stage 3:

Neither international students nor local students need to pay application fees, application is free.

Submit/send via email or download the complete application form, related documents and pay the registration fee.

 Checks/wire transfers should be sent directly to the account information provided by Limkokwing University Botswana.

Stage 4:

Limkokwing University (Botswana Campus) processes student admissions in ample time under specific conditions. After all the requirements are met and accepted, the university will send an acceptance letter. Please note that busy hours may require longer processing time. A copy of the sponsorship letter (if applicable) is required when the student arrives on campus.

Limkokwing University of Creative Technology is an international creative university with branches on three continents.
