Apartments
A 1 bedroom Apartment in City Centre in Bhutan costs about BTN 7 247.89, and an Apartment (1 bedroom) Outside of the city center costs BTN4 855.69.
Some apartments in Bhutan come fully furnished with pieces of furniture including beds, a couch, a television, a TV stand, dining tables and chairs, a coffee table, a wardrobe, and a washing machine. Student Residence
Universities offer residence halls for females and 4 for males with the capacity for 600 students. The Residence Halls are designed to create a secure and pleasant living and learning community. Rooms can be occupied by 2 to 4 people and after their first year, students have a choice of remaining on campus or living outside, subject to the availability of rooms.
The College provides residential facilities for both men and women. It is located within walking distance of all key facilities on campus such as a library, IT labs, guesthouse, sport facilities classrooms, lecture halls, cafeteria, and campus bookshop. The dormitories provide shared rooms with kitchen and cooking facilities as well as rooms without kitchen and cooking facilities.
Students who share rooms without kitchen and cooking facilities can take their meals at the Common Student Dining. Students who take accommodation with kitchen and cooking facilities can buy groceries at the shops within walking distance from the main College campus and cook their meals inside the self-catering hostels.
Homestays
Living with local families while traveling to an entirely new country is one of the most enriching experience that not only allows you to easily get to know about a country’s culture and daily lifestyle. Homestays give a home away from home feeling and experience.
