  • A passport copy- The passport has to be valid for at least 6 more months upon arrival into the country.
  • Motivational letter- This is a self-written person-specific letter by the applicant specifying for example about themselves, their reasons for applying, and why they deserve a place at the institution and how they will add value to the institution if admitted.
  • 2 Passport-sized photographs-these have to be recent and of not more than 3 months
  • Contact No- prospective students have to provide the institute with their contact details which may be needed to communicate with the student.
  • Email-the email is the most widely used method of communication and the institution will need this to communicate important information to the student. If the student is accepted, the admission letter may be sent through email.
