The University of Andorra (UdA) is the only public university in the Principality of Andorra, a microstate located in the heart of the Pyrenees. Higher education in the country began in 1988 with the creation of the School of Nursing and the School of Computer Science, giving rise to the University of Andorra, whose campus has been located in the centre of Sant Julià de Lòria since 2004. Its mission is to give a quality response to the needs of Andorran society in higher education and research, and to train people in order to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to quickly and successfully enter the working world.

La Salle Open University (UOLS), A very young university that was born on June 28, 2012, but with much older and strongly established roots that are the ripe fruit of history and a unique pedagogical tradition: the one initiated by Joan Baptista de La Salle in the 17th century. We are an open, flexible and 100% online university that aims to provide education and training to anyone who wishes to continue learning; and we do so without discriminating against anyone on the basis of nationality, place of residence, language, culture, economic status, or religious beliefs.
