Epoka University is an international higher education institution located on a smart campus between the international connections and trading crossroads of Durres Port and Rinas Airport in Tirana, the capital of Albania. The University commenced academic activities during the 2007-2008 academic year in compliance with the provisions of the Albanian higher education legislation.

The Higher Agricultural Institute (HAI), which was founded on November 1st, 1951, was given the title Agricultural University of Tirana in 1991. (UBT). It is only 7 kilometres from the city centre and is situated on a hill covered in forest on the Northwestern outskirts of Tirana. Up until 1990, there were 6000 students and 480 professors enrolled in the university's four faculties, which included agronomy, agrarian economy, forest engineering, and veterinary medicine.

The Armed Forces Academy is a military education institution in Albania that trains military officers. The school, known as "Shkolla e Oficerve," was founded in 1945 and closed in the early 1990s. It reopened in 1995 under the supervision of Germany's Military Academy in Hannover.
